VISITOR VERIFICATION FOR VIRTUAL CHAPTER MEETINGS AND VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP INTAKE RITUALISTIC CEREMONIES 

Visiting Sorors must download, complete, and submit the pre-verification form at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled start of the virtual meeting or virtual event or Virtual Ritualistic Membership Intake Ceremony. Completed forms should be returned via email to:  dstyoungstownalumnae@gmail.com.
